This apartment in the center is spectacularly located in the area of literary art in Madrid, just a few minutes from the Prado Museum, the Retiro, the Royal Botanical Garden, the Plaza Mayor.

A few minutes’ walk away we find the *Tirso de Molina (Line 1), Antón Martín (Line 1) y Lavapiés (Line 3).* ** From here this is the time it'll take you to access the university: 14 minutes’ walk from the Carlos III University , 19 minutes by transport from the Nebrija University and 22 minutes by transport from the Comillas University.

Rental conditions:

- Free Check-in time: 9:00h - 18:00h from Monday to Friday.
- We offer to pick up service from the airport with a cost of 65€+VAT
- The utility costs are as described in the listing. Nevertheless, if the usage of utilities exceeds the amount that the fixed price for utilities covers, it might be that extra costs will have to be paid.
