It is located on the first floor of the building and has the advantage of being able to enjoy the interior patio as a terrace, which has been covered with a small roof to provide privacy from the neighbours and to let in natural light, allowing you to enjoy a very pleasant and quiet outdoor space that has been decorated with great taste and every possible detail.

The apartment can accommodate 4 people and has a bedroom with a comfortable double bed. It is a charming room in which built-in wardrobes, a work table and even a flat-screen TV have been placed.
The entire apartment is decorated in light and white tones to give a greater feeling of spaciousness. The living room is equally charming, with fairly high ceilings, wood-coloured floors, and a very modern built-in kitchen. A beautiful wooden beam stands out between the kitchen and the sofa bed. It has all the whims. Special wine fridge, espresso machine, dryer, dishwasher or Internet. ALL A PLEASURE

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public parking within about 350 meters of the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at least 5 days in advance.

✔Respect: In order to ensure a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
✔The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please take into account that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
✔Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions provided at all times. We are not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
✔Access to the apartment: This apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
