It is the perfect apartment for a leisure or business trip. This apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, it has a capacity of 4 people distributed in 1 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. It also has a full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, very modern and is integrated into the living room. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and with a very special decoration with very modern furniture.

✔The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be handed over directly to our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
✔If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that there is someone available to receive you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.
✔The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please take into account that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries an additional charge of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
✔Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. We are not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.
✔Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal General Directorate of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC. We are not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
