The property consists of air conditioning and central heating and a bathroom with shower. A few meters from Sol and Plaza Mayor, in Jacinto Benavente, the apartment is in the heart of Madrid. The area has a great atmosphere of leisure, thanks to its bars and restaurants, and is surrounded by shops. The communication is unbeatable, with metro (Sol and Tirso de Molina -L1, L2, L3-) and suburbs, as well as several bus lines 6, 26, 32, 50, 65, N26, M1.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
