STUDIO E is a cosy space with a private bathroom within a shared flat. With a Smart TV and a desk, this studio is an example of discreet and functional luxury. (*) Furthermore, the studio has a wardrobe, air conditioning, heating, and allows you access to the optional full linen service.

In addition to the studio, we offer a unique experience with spacious common areas designed to combine comfort and practicality. These include:
- A fully equipped kitchen-dining room, thoughtfully designed so that each resident has their own space and can enjoy it comfortably.
- A welcoming and light-filled living room, featuring a large Smart TV and a games table.
- The laundry room is fitted with an industrial washing machine and dryer, so you won’t have to worry about anything.
