This is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, it will also be close to places of interest such as Retiro Park , Reina Sofia National Museum of Art , El Rastro , La Latina, Plaza Mayor, among others. Also, you can get to know the rest of the city by mobilizing by public transport, being the nearest metro station La Latina (L5), Tirso de Molina (L1) and several bus lines such as M1, 6, 26, 32 among others.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
