The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops).

Apartment located on the third floor, for rent as a whole, not by rooms. It has three bright bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a toilet room. Two of the bedrooms have street-facing balconies. All rooms come with a comfortable bed, closet, desk, and chair. A living-dining area. High-speed WiFi included.

All bedsheets will be there when you arrive but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is aprox 62.-€ per room (185.- total).

The price of the apartment includes high speed wifi but supplies (electricity and water) are not included, and you will have to do a wire transfer every month of 185.-€ for electricity and water. along with the rent.

There is no cleaning service included and it is mandatory to get at least nine hours a month, this is 90.-€ a month for nine hours, the cleaning lady comes 4,5 hours two times a month and you have to pay her directly (she charges 10.-€ the hour). So each student pays her 30.-€ a month.

During the summer (july and august) you can book the apartment monthly but during the school year the minimum stay is 10 months, from september 1st to june 30th.
