This bright 3-bedroom apartment of 78 m2, located on the second floor of a building with a lift, features a modern living room with a television and a double sofa bed that also integrates the dining area. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, from oven and fridge to dishwasher.

It has 3 rooms with great luminosity thanks to its windows, two of them with a double bed and another with two single beds. The apartment also has a full bathroom with a shower.

It has WiFi connection, heating in all rooms and air conditioning only in the living room.
The cot is subject to availability. Please advise a maximum of 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May) from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, ta(hidden) VTC.
