The bedroom offers a double or twin bed and ample wardrobe space. Towels, bed linen, shampoo, shower gel, and a hairdryer are provided.

The apartment is conveniently situated near various attractions, such as the Rastro de Madrid, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, San Miguel Market, Teatro Real, Almudena Cathedral, Royal Palace, Temple of Debod, Gran Vía, Reina Sofía National Art Center Museum, Prado National Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, Atocha Renfe train station, Royal Botanic Gardens, Buen Retiro Park, Puerta de Alcalá, and Casa de América.

Upon reservation, please provide the estimated check-in/out details for organization purposes. Note that additional supplements are not included in the web rates. A set of keys will be provided, and a replacement fee of €50 applies for lost keys. The cleaning fee covers basic cleaning, while excessive dirt or additional cleaning requirements incur an extra charge. The well-equipped kitchen allows for quick meals and takeaways, and a gym is conveniently located nearby for day passes.
