The foyer leads with traditional Catalan tiling and style where the hallway branches to the left and right. The first left leads to the kitchen with modern appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils.

The next door leads to the first bedroom. Under a hand-crafted headboard sits the queen-size bed.

Just past the first bedroom is the detached bathroom. Boasting modernity, this bathroom contains an all-glass shower and contemporary fixtures.

At the end of the hall is Hunde’s second bedroom. The queen-size bed is centered behind a custom, natural fiber accent piece. Step through the french doors to discover the bedroom’s spacious terrace complete with an outdoor set for two.

Past the foyer to the right, the first door leads to the walk-in coat closet with floor-to-ceiling storage.

At the end of the right hallway, the space opens up to reveal the living and dining room. A beaded, floating art installation echoing imagery of Congolese plains hangs over the four-person dining set.

Further into the space is the living room complete with a full entertainment system and Juliet balcony.

Just past the living area is the office with two dedicated workstations.
