This is a spacious and modern apartment, fully furnished and equipped, ready to move into. It has approximately 80 square meters, perfectly distributed.
Upon entering, you'll find a beautifully decorated living and dining room. The room opens onto a spacious terrace with unobstructed views.
The kitchen is separate and has all the high-end utensils and appliances such as microwave, refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, ceramic hob and coffee maker.
The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. The bedrooms share two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.
The apartment has heat pump and gas heating, air conditioning and wifi.

The apartment is located on Amadeu Torner Street near Plaza Europa. It's a quiet, family-friendly residential area with green spaces.
In the surrounding area you'll find all kinds of shops, including restaurants, pharmacies, local businesses, and supermarkets. It's also very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. Just a short walk from the Provençana metro station (L10S).

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
