This modern 93 m2 apartment awaits you for you to enjoy during your stay in Barcelona.
The spacious living and dining room is bathed in natural light thanks to its large window, and it also has access to a small terrace (7m2) overlooking Plaza Europa. It is decorated in a modern style with neutral tones.
The kitchen is separate, modern, and spacious, and also has access to the terrace. It is fully equipped with utensils, dishes, and all the necessary appliances so you can start cooking from the moment you arrive, from a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher to a kettle, toaster, and the essential coffee maker.
The sleeping area consists of two exterior double bedrooms and one studio/bedroom with a sofa bed. The bedrooms have wardrobes for storing everything you need and share two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
The building features a swimming pool that you can enjoy throughout your stay. It also has a dedicated sports room and a concierge service from 9 am to 5 pm.
Additional parking option: 90 euros per month.
The apartment is located in Plaza Europa. This is a quiet area surrounded by modern buildings and green spaces. Nearby, you'll find all kinds of shops, including restaurants, pharmacies, local businesses, and supermarkets. It's also very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus.
The nearest station is Europa/Fira, which is served by metro and train lines (L8/L9S). The Gran Via 2 Shopping Centre, with cinemas, shops, and restaurants, is a 4-minute walk away, and the IKEA furniture and home decor store is just 6 minutes away. The airport and Plaza España are both 10 minutes away by car.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
