In the day area you find the living room with integrated kitchen, from this space you have access to a private inner courtyard, furnished to enjoy a moment of relaxation. The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and appliances necessary for your day to day.
The night area is composed of 3 double bedrooms, the main one en suite with full bathroom with bathtub and shower, in addition to a large built-in closet. The other two bedrooms have closet and desk.
The apartment has a second bathroom with shower on the second floor and a third toilet for visitors on the first level.
The apartment has heating, air conditioning and wifi.
Located in the historic neighborhood of Santa Eulalia, this apartment is surrounded by various services such as supermarkets, gyms and bank branches, as well as proximity to several schools and green areas. At 8 minutes walking distance from the Gran Via 2 shopping center where you will also have several stores, restaurants, cinemas and events of the place.
Less than 15 minutes walking from the trade and exhibition center Fira Barcelona Gran Via, a place where various types of events are held.
With excellent connectivity, it is a 3-minute walk from the Provençana metro station (L10S) and a 7-minute walk from the Ildefons Cerdà and Europa Fira Railway stations of the Generalitat de Catalunya with metro service (L8 and L9S) and train services (R5-R6-S3-S4), among others.

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
