The Comfort Package offered in this listing includes these additional services for guests who prefer a fully serviced stay.

Guests are free to choose either option and are not required to book the Comfort Package in order to stay.

We offer two rental modalities so you can choose the one that best suits the way you wish to
experience your stay:
a clear, essential option aligned with local practice, and a more comfortable, digital, and
multilingual option designed for a smooth experience with no unnecessary paperwork.
🔹 BASIC RENTAL
Included – at no additional cost
The Basic Rental fully complies with all legal requirements and is intended for tenants who prefer
direct, in-person management in the local contractual language.
Includes:
• Rental contract in Catalan (contractual language)
The contract is drafted and signed exclusively in Catalan.
Signing takes place in person at our office.
If arriving from abroad, the contract is printed and handed over upon arrival for signature.
• Communication in Catalan throughout the stay
All administrative and contractual communications are conducted exclusively in Catalan.
• Written inventory
A descriptive inventory of the furniture and equipment in the property.
• Security deposit in accordance with the law
The deposit is returned within the legally established timeframe.
Any deductions are always justified with official invoices or receipts.
No mediation service or detailed explanations are included.
• Communication by email
Assistance for non-urgent matters exclusively by email, in Catalan.
• Emergency assistance only
Intervention is limited to urgent incidents affecting safety or habitability
(for example: serious water leaks, electrical hazards, or fire risks).
• Utilities in the tenant’s name
Electricity, water, gas, and internet are contracted directly by the tenant, who manages the services
and payments with the providers.
• No additional services included
Ideal for those who want full independence during their stay.
🔹 COMFORT PACKAGE
Optional – 350€ / month
Applicable for the entire duration of the stay and payable in advance according to the number of
months contracted.
Offered as a single “all-inclusive” package.
The Comfort Package is completely optional and is👉 not required in order to rent the property.
Designed for those who value convenience, clear communication, and a digital, multilingual
experience with no unnecessary formalities.
Includes:
• Flexible contract with digital signature
The contract can be issued in Catalan or Spanish, according to the tenant’s preference.
In addition, a translated version is provided in the tenant’s language, strictly for informational
purposes.
Signing is 100% digital, fast, and secure, with no need for travel or printing documents.
• Multilingual communication throughout the stay
Assistance and support in Spanish, English, or the tenant’s preferred language,
with Catalan or Spanish remaining the reference contractual language.
• Direct communication via (hidden)
An active (hidden) group throughout the stay.
Daily assistance for non-urgent matters from 9:00 to 21:00.
• Digital inventory with photographs
A detailed inventory with photos of the condition of the property and furniture,
providing greater clarity and peace of mind at both check-in and check-out.
• Bed linen and towels included
The property is delivered fully equipped so you can settle in from day one.
• Active internet connection in the property
Internet access available with no need to contract, install, or cancel the service.
• Alarm system and basic security assistance
Active alarm system and support in case of security-related incidents.
• Administrative management of utilities
Utilities may remain in the name of the manager or owner.
Consumption is calculated and settled with the tenant in a clear manner, based on invoices, meter
readings, or agreed methods.
• Support with deposit management
A detailed explanation of the deposit return process in the tenant’s language
and administrative assistance with any questions (no legal advice).
• Support throughout the entire stay
Practical and administrative support so you can enjoy a smooth, comfortable experience with no
unnecessary management. i️
 Important information about the Comfort Package
• The Comfort Package is independent from the rental contract.
• It does not affect access to the property, the rent amount, or the rental dates.
• If not confirmed at least 7 days prior to arrival, the rental will default to the Basic modality.
• If contracted after check-in, some services may be activated later,
although the monthly price will remain unchanged.
• In case of discrepancy, the version of the contract drafted in the chosen contractual language
(Catalan or Spanish) shall always prevail. Translations are provided for informational purposes
