This monthly rental apartment is located on a tenth floor in Jerusalem street, in L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, and offers a bright, functional environment with unobstructed views of the city.
The living room is spacious and receives plenty of natural light thanks to its direct access to a balcony, ideal for enjoying the outdoors or having a coffee with urban views. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It also has a table perfect for breakfast in comfort.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a spacious double and a single, both with fitted closets that provide order and storage.
The flat has a full bathroom with bathtub, ideal for relaxing, and an additional toilet for day-to-day practicality. There is also a washing machine/dryer

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
