The kitchen is American style and integrates perfectly into the space. It has been equipped with all the utensils and appliances needed to cook on a daily basis, such as ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.
The sleeping area has 3 bedrooms: one double and 2 singles, each with closet. The double bedroom is en-suite and has a shower. The other 2 bedrooms share 1 full bathroom.

Badalona is a city located next to Barcelona, and on the edge of the Mediterranean. With a growing real estate investment, it has new and modern residential and office buildings.
The apartment is located on Carrer d'Antoni Bori, a few steps from the beach. This is a very quiet and residential area, full of life. In the surroundings you will find all kinds of local stores such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
The nearest station is “Gorg” (L2/L10N), 2 minutes from the apartment.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
