Jeder Bewohner erhält zwei Garnituren Bettwäsche sowie je zwei Hand- und Badetücher.
Der Mietvertrag wird vorerst auf höchstens 6 Monate abgeschlossen, eine Verlängerung ist möglich.

The fully furnished apartment is ideal for two (up to three) people. It features a bedroom with a spacious double bed (1.8 x 2 m) and a single bed (0.9 x 2 m). A practical walk-in closet is located adjacent to the bedroom.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and a dining table, offering a cozy space to relax. A TV with an Amazon Fire Stick is also available.

The monthly rent of €900 is calculated for two people and includes all additional costs, including heating, electricity, and internet with speeds of up to 60 Mbps. If a third person moves in, an additional charge will apply.
Each resident is provided with two sets of bed linen and two towels (hand and bath) per person.
The rental agreement will initially be concluded for a maximum of 6 months; an extension is possible.
