Recently renovated building located in the Boavista neighborhood, within walking distance of Casa da Música. The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building without an elevator, with direct access to the street. Ideal for couples looking to have a great time exploring the city or for business trips where proximity to the city center is important! Please note that the apartment opens directly onto the street.

Living room with plenty of natural light, equipped with a sofa, TV, and air conditioning to ensure your comfort. Dining table for 2 people.

➤ Kitchenette
The kitchenette, open-plan with the living room, is equipped with a refrigerator, oven combined with microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, stove, electric kettle, toaster, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included).

➤ Bedroom
Features a suite with a queen-size bed (160x200), a spacious wardrobe, and air conditioning. Opens onto a small hallway covered with acrylic ceiling, maintaining the natural brightness of the space.

➤ Bathrooms
You will find an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a social bathroom.

The apartment also has a storage room, ensuring plenty of space to keep your belongings organized.

Additional Information:

→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 15:00 (after 22:00 a fee of 25€ is applied). Only one set of keys is provided.
→ Check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee of 25€.
→ Monthly consumptions are included up to €150.
→ City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
→ Please keep in mind that the complete passport/ID details of all guests are required by Portuguese authorities. If you are a Portuguese citizen or booking on behalf of a registered company, providing a tax identification number is also mandatory.
