The Universidad Europea de Madrid (Campus Alcobendas) is 11 minutes by car or 45 minutes by train. ESADE is accessible within 15 minutes by car and 45 minutes by train. Parque del Retiro is 20 minutes by car and 45 minutes by train away. For sports fans, Estadio Santiago Bernabéu is just 15 minutes by car and 35 minutes by train.

📅 STAY DURATION OPTIONS:

Full Academic Year: Minimum and mandatory stay of 10 months (from 1 September 2025 to 30 June 2026)

If you check in or out outside this period, extra days will be charged pro-rata based on a 30-day monthly rate

Full Year Stay: From 1 September 2025 to 21 August 2026

Mid-Term Stay: Shorter stays are possible — you choose your check-in and check-out dates
