Chamber 1 (K1) is one of four character-filled apartments located on the first floor of a historic building in the heart of the Port of Piraeus. Part of SYMPAN, a LabPiree Superstudio brand, a multidisciplinary art space hosting exhibitions, performances, and cultural gatherings, this studio offers a unique stay where design, history, and artistic energy coexist.

The space features raw textures and curated details: exposed stone walls, a charred wooden floor marked by time, a matte black kitchen with sculptural concrete handles, a comfy COCOMAT bed. The bathroom features high-quality fittings and a spacious shower, ensuring a comfortable stay and vintage furniture with references to industrial design and urban migration. A listening corner with a record player, a Danish armchair, and harbor road views complete the cinematic mood. A common laundry with washing machine and dryer is also provided.
