This apartment is located near the center. Public transportation is just a 6 minutes walk from the Lucero metro stop (LINE 6) and 13 minutes from the Laguna metro and train stop (LINE 5 and C5).

Right across is a beautiful small park. Calle Sepulveda, 74 is a few minutes away from Bar Toledano and Bar El Pastor Café where you can have a drink and delicious Spanish aperitivos. And in less than a 5 minutes walk is Misuper grocery store. If you’re looking for a charming and calm neighborhood, Latina District is the place to be.

A 20 minutes by public transport from the Comillas Pontifical University. About 30 mins from CEU and Carlos III University of Madrid.
