National museum, Oodi Library and Central Railway station are all close, and there are several tram lines and bus lines within 5min walk.

Window to the quiet interior garden of the building, from where you can exit to Temppelikatu where you find the Rock church. Main entrance on Tunturikatu.

Monthly rent 985€ including water and basic wifi connection. Tenant arranges a separate electricity contract and home insurance.

No type of business or services operating from the apartment. This is a residential building and if you violate these terms you will be evicted from the apartment.
