Welcome to stay in my cosy and charming studio apartment located in the beautiful neighbourhood of Töölö. Trams run in many different directions, but you can also easily walk to the city center. You also have bikes at your disposal, which are a convenient and comfortable way to explore the city and sights. Tenant can also use 2 bicycle. Getting to know Helsinki by bicycle is convenient and comfortable.

The Room height is over 3 meters. It is designed to maximize comfort and functionality within a compact space.

The apartment is suitable for single, couples, small friend group or a small family. The apartment has queen size bed (160cm x200 cm), sleeping loft with comfortable bed (120cm x 200 cm) and dining table.

Enjoy your meals in the full-equipment kitchen. It includes oven, induction cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Plenty of pots, pans and cuttlery.

The bathroom is just newly renovated and also washing machine with a drying option. The whole toilet space has also just been renovated.

In 2024 Töölö was the most popular residential area in all of Finland and it also holds the number one spot as the most desirable residential area in the capital. Töölö is known for its tranquil atmosphere, tree-lined streets, and proximity to nature while still being close to the city center of Helsinki, Finland. Enjoy the numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and small boutiques in the area. Töölö provides parks, including Hesperia Park on the Töölö Bay and also Sibelius Park, named after composer Jean Sibelius and containing a monument in his name. Töölö also has a vibrant cultural life, being the location of the Finnish National Opera, the National Museum of Finland. In addition to parks, the area has plentiful sports facilities. Töölö Sports Hall is located only 200 meter away from apartment, which offers plenty of indoor sports. Other: The Helsinki Olympic Stadium has been called the most beautiful stadium in the world (500 meter from apartment). Other sporting venues in the area include the summertime paradise Swimming Stadium, the Eläintarha Sports Park and the Töölö Rowing Stadium with its rowing clubs. If you like football or ice hockey, the best teams in Helsinki (HJK and HIFK) play in Töölö, so it's a short distance to the matches.
