Equipped with all essential services, thermostat wi-fi, fiber wi-fi, container bed, heating + air conditioning, TV, washing machine.
Would like to rent for medium-term contracts with referenced people with guarantees.
No smokers, no animals.

Internet is included in the rent's price. Instead, bills are excluded, to be paid separately every 2 months.
30€ administration costs are required and have to be paid every month (FYI: this is what "other costs of 60€ to be paid every 2 months" refer to in the listing)
A security deposit is also required.
