Example: Once the contract is signed, and if you stay for 4 months:
~ Rent is 2500€ to be paid on Housinganywhere once you book.

~ The admin fee is 270€ x 4 = 1080€ to be paid in advance, one week before the check-in.
~ One-time management fee is 150€ to be paid in advance one week before the check-in.

Once the booking is completed, you will have to sign the contract with the property management company, and pay the deposit no later than 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the booking will be no considered completed and you can’t do the check in
