It is located on the third floor (53 steps) without lift of an ancient palace in the center of town, can accommodate up to 4 adults and offers a splendid view of the famous monuments of Florence.

This brand new apartment, completely restored and renovated, very bright with large windows, features parquet floors and parts of the ceiling with exposed wooden beams and is furnished in a simple and functional combining modern elegance of the lines. Includes a brief in fine old stone staircase leading from the entrance to the main floor. A large and comfortable lounge has a fine old wooden table surrounded by a chest with elegant chairs and topped with a beautiful chandelier, beautiful paintings on the walls, and a comfortable large sofa, which can be transformed for the night in bed for third and fourth guest discreetly isolated from a corner booth and a folding flat-screen TV screen, ideal for quality dinners overlooking the city. The kitchen, fresh lines and modern, fully equipped with everything that can serve, has a beautiful window that extends the view of the city. The room, harmonious and practical, warm and familiar lines, is very bright and is furnished with double bed, flat screen TV-screen, large wardrobe, wall mirror and a chair converts into bed for a child or teenager. The bath is fitted with elegant white tones and a good shower and a large window that opens on the roofs of the city. All the rooms have heating and air cooling / heating for your comfort. Please be advised that it is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-in is possible only if the apartment has been vacated by the previous tenant and has been cleaned.

Check-in after 8 PM is possible provided 48 hours in advance. There will be an additional charge of € 30 for late check-in, payable in cash at the time of check-in.
