You will feel very comfortable during your temporary stay in the 60 m2 of this cozy and bright apartment.
The day area consists of a modern and well-lit living-dining room, and a fully equipped integrated kitchen. The living room has large windows that fill the entire space with light, and when opened allows us the exit to the terrace that projects along the entire facade and overlooks the Jardins de Maria Montessori. This is perfect to enjoy these beautiful sunny days.
In the kitchen you will find all the appliances and utensils you will need to cook from your arrival such as ceramic hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, crockery, coffee maker, etc..
The sleeping area has 2 double bedrooms and each one has spacious built-in closets to store everything you need. The bedrooms have access to the terrace and a small desk space which is ideal if you are teleworking or studying. Both share a full bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.

The neighborhood of Collblanc in Hospitalet de Llobregat is an area that is very well stocked, in the surroundings we find all kinds of stores, bars and restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc..
The apartment is located 3 minutes walk from the station "Ernest Lluch" (L5); 4 minutes from the General Hospital of L'Hospitalet; and next to green spaces such as the Jardins de Maria Montessori, the Jardins de Ernest Lluch, and Skatepark Las Cortes, which are perfect for walks and outdoor activities.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
