This space has large windows that allow access to the spectacular terrace where the views seem to be framed by the lines that form the ceiling, floor and railing. Undoubtedly, it will become your favorite space to admire the sunsets.
The kitchen is independent, modern and fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you need from your arrival, such as induction stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave and the always welcome coffee maker.
The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms. One of them is a suite, and has a double bed, built-in closet, chest of drawers, shoe rack and bedside tables. The bathroom of this room is complete and has a shower. The other 3 bedrooms are doubles, with closet and bedside table; they share a large bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is conditioned by aerothermal system, which means that you will have heating in winter, cooling in summer and hot water throughout the year. It also has high speed internet.
On the sixth floor of the building you will find the large swimming pool that you can enjoy throughout your stay.

The area is quite quiet, surrounded by green spaces such as Can Mercader Park and Can Buxeres Park. The building is located in front of the Jardines de las Moreras. In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and local commerce.
The nearest station is "Can Boixeres" (L5) just 2 minutes walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
