I am looking for a subtenant: conscientious, non-smoker, no pets; couples possible too. My apartment offers fantastic value for money and will make for an extremely comfortable and hustle-free stay in Graz. Some of its highlights include:

• Great location: walking distance to the Medical University of Graz (10 min) and University of Graz (15 min), a large super-market (5 min) and an idyllic park with lake and hiking routes (5 min)
• Quiet: old building with thick walls; no parties etc.; perfect for relaxing and working from home
• Private: has its own entry area and building door
• Well-designed: entrance, large living room/kitchen area, bedroom, separate toilet, cellar space
• New: both the house and the apartment were newly renovated in 2019/2020
• Furnished: all furniture (including washing machine, high-end office chair, sofa...), kitchen equipment, TV, etc. at free disposal
• Parking space: underground parking space for one car; parking space for bikes available too
• Inexpensive: Rent includes everything, i.e., heating (fair use), electricity (fair use), high-speed internet, household insurance, mandatory national TV and radio fees, etc.

In addition, I offer assistance in organizational matters regarding your stay in Graz (e.g., registering your residence and postal address, general information about the city and the country) and will be available for questions and advice during all of your stay.
