The apartment is situated in the very center of Graz. It has a living room/sleeping room with a bedroom and a sleeping couch/living space, all furnished. Bathroom has a shower and a toilett. Kitchen is all furnished with all necessary utils for cooking and eating.
There is a room inside the building with a washing mashine and a dryer that can be used any time. We also have a space for bicycles which can be locked.
Perfect connection to universities (just 7 walking minutes to the main university) and all other locations because of perfect bus and tram connections from main square (5 minutes walk) and Jakominiplatz (3 minutes walk).
Herrengasse, the main street of Graz, is only 1 minute walk away.
A spar supermarket is just two buildings away from the apartment.
If needed we can organize a parking space for EUR 15,-/day.
Wlan-connection is provided for free.
The only thing you bring with you is pillows and blanket covers, towels. Or you can rent those items for EURO 9,-/person/set. Pillows and blankets are provided.
