This modern apartment of 75 m2 has absolutely everything you need during your stay in the city.
The day area consists of a bright living room thanks to the large window from which you can access the terrace of 7m2. This space will be the ideal place to share a drink with friends and enjoy the wonderful summer days in Barcelona.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and high-end appliances you need to cook from your arrival, such as ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, oven and microwave.
The sleeping area consists of 2 comfortable double bedrooms. One of them is a suite type, and has a double bed, built-in closet and an additional low cabinet to store what you need. The bathroom of this room is complete and has a shower. The other room is also double and has a closet. The second bathroom is complete and has a bathtub.
The apartment is conditioned by aerothermal system, which means that you will have heating in winter, cooling in summer and hot water throughout the year. It also has high speed internet.
The property has communal pool, doorman, storage room and parking space with an additional cost of 80 euros.

The area is modern and quite quiet, surrounded by green spaces such as Can Mercader Park and Can Buxeres Park. The building is located in front of the Jardines de las Moreras. In the surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants and local commerce.
The nearest station is "Can Boixeres" (L5) just 2 minutes walk away.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months

- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
