You will find your 30 sq meters bedroom on the first floor. It has a double bed, wardrobe, table, chairs, sofa and a cable tv. It is sunny, it has high ceilings and loggia with big double-glazed windows. Towels and bedlinen are provided. Your bathroom with toilet, and a kitchenette with adjoining dining room are on the ground floor (total about 25 sq meters). The kitchenette is equipped with hot plates, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, plates, saucepans, etc. Shared laundry room is in the basement.

✔️Location & Transport:
Place Albert is a trendy and easy to live area. Two supermarkets nearby, organic food/wine market every Thursday, trendy bar, restaurants, and hilly/wooded parks for running are just round the corner. Good public transport (metro Albert) and several busses. Fast access to Zaventem or Charleroi airports via the South Train Station (Gare du Midi). In case you have a car, you can obtain a parking permit for 30 Euro a year upon your registration with the municipality.

✔️Rental conditions:
Monthly rent is 900 Euro plus 180 Euro charges. Charges are cable TV, water, electricity, heating, washer/dryer, and Wi-Fi that you can access immediately without any connecting charges. Also included are the maintenance of common areas, such as the staircase, entrance hall, and trash disposal, which are carried out twice a week.

The apartment is for one person only, with a minimum stay of 12 months. Deposit one month rent.
