Design apartment with sauna and view on THE Brussels landmark: the Atomium ♥️ + skyline

We're internationals ourselves, and our mission is to create extraordinary places. We go to great lengths to select the best materials, with our ultimate goal being to create a place where you feel at home.

We just finished renovating, respecting the old while adding modern comfort. We kept the beautiful old tiles, an antique kitchen sink, and old doors.

All the power outlets and light switches have been renewed with antique black ones. We kept the original kitchen cupboards and placed antique handles. We finished it with hanging 3 chandeliers (living room, bedroom, hallway).

One of the best locations in Brussels:

By foot
🚅 2 min. to int'l train, tram & subway station
🛒 2 min. to huge shopping mall, Starbucks and the Rue Neuve (most high-end shopping street of Belgium)

🛎️ 1 min. to Best Western, Hilton, Hoxton,... hotels and coworking

✈️ 11min. to int'l BXL airport by train
🌆 20min. maximum to get anywhere in Brussels by foot/taxi/bike/tram/subway/train

🚲 Literally in front of the apartment are the Brussels Villo city bikes you can rent for only €3.50/month, and they get you everywhere
🛴 In front, you can also use the Uber/Lime/Bolt steps and electric bikes.

Why not rent it? Like in any big city (especially next to the train station), there is some noise.

Brussels is safe, but like in any capital, sometimes criminality happens: shootings in Anderlecht, St Gilles, Elsene. In this neighborhood, the border of St Josse, there are no shootings, but there can be some drug dealers (like in most parts of Brussels), though the police station is 50m from the building, and the train station has lots of security.
