Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, gas cooker with cooker hood, microwave. All electrical appliances (coffee machine, toaster, kettle), crockery and other kitchen utensils are provided; vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board as well. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Immediate proximity to the public transport: bus stop in front of the building, metro station “Madou” is in 300 meters.

Tenants are required to pay a refundable security deposit of 1.500€ when they check in.
Monthly rent is 920 € including building charges and TV-Internet-Phone.
Your own water, electricity and gas consumption is invoiced each 2 months according to counters.

Final cleaning fee: 50€
