Welcome to your new apartment in our shared house! Situated on the first floor of the house, this cozy apartment offers comfort and convenience.
The apartment comprises an entrance, one bedroom with a garden view, a bathroom with toilet, and a living room with an open kitchen facing the street and opening on a balcony. It is equipped with electric radiators, a refrigerator with an integrated freezer, a microwave oven, and an oven. A washing machine and a dryer are available on the third floor of the house, shared with other tenants (women only).
While we encourage responsible usage of heating and water, all utilities are covered in your rent, including water and electricity (including heating), as well as access to the washing machine, dryer, fortnightly cleaning service of shared spaces, and high-speed internet.
The house is located in a tranquil street, well-connected with nearby tram and bus stops, and a beautiful park is just a short stroll away. With easy access to EU institutions, NATO, and Brussels city center, everything the city has to offer is within reach.
