Other Things to Note:
This property is offered under a minimum 91-day occupancy agreement. The 7-night setting reflects (hidden) search parameters only.

A rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. If not signed within this timeframe, the reservation may be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

We kindly request a deposit/guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.

● Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After that, a late check-out fee may apply.
