Emulating an old-world charm, this 98-square-meter home is located in the famed L'Esquerra de l'Eixample neighborhood. A Barcelona favorite, this three-bedroom, two-bath apartment, sprawls across the city center and is rich in traditional Spanish cuisine. Back inside, guests are invited to take in the classical architecture or soak up the sun on any one of the three balconies.

Once through the entrance, guests are immediately enthralled by the traditional Catalan tiling covering the entirety of the home. To the right of the entrance is Taoudeni’s first bedroom. Design is premier in this space, as traditional scrolls hang overhead and two-toned terracotta walls circle the space. A queen-sized bed sits in the center. The door at the far end leads to the walk-in closet and, ultimately, the attached bathroom. Here, guests will find an all-glass, walk-in shower.

The next right opens up to Taoudeni’s living and dining room. An organically-shaped lantern light hangs over the four-person dining arrangement. Further into the room, a cozy lounge area offers ample space for entertaining and relaxing.

The door next to the address leads to the tucked-away kitchen. The space dazzles with the under-cabinet lighting and warm palette. The kitchen comes equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils.

Further down the hallway, the next right leads to the second bedroom. Saharan-inspired scrolls rest behind the queen-sized bed. To the left of the space is a wardrobe while the french doors to the right lead to one of Taoudeni’s balconies.

Across the hall, a new tiling takes place offering a retro feel to the full bathroom. Guests will find a walk-in shower and black-and-white aesthetics.

At the end of the hall is the third and final bedroom. Traditional tapestries cover the wall parallel to the single bed. A dedicated workstation sits in the far corner.
