This two bedroom two bath in Eixample Dreta stands out because of the strong colours and distinct wood decor across the walls. Step into the flat and head to your left to find an ensuite bedroom with a queen-sized bed. There is a small balcony from which you can take your morning coffee.

The bathroom comes with a full shower and brand new towels. Back through the entrance the wide hallway comes fitted with a custom built desk from recycled wood by a local craftsman. The living room benefits from natural light peaking through the large doors. Next to the living room, the spacious kitchen has a dining table adjacent to the living area.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. The second bedroom, as large as the first, has ample storage space and also comes with it's own en suite bathroom. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom.

As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment.
