Composto da ingresso su zona giorno con tavolo da pranzo, cucina attrezzata,divano letto matrimoniale, soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Bagno con doccia. Aria condizionata e wifi illimitato. L'appartamento sarà dotato di asciugamani e lenzuola.

Tutte le bollette sono comprese nel prezzo mensile (luce, gas, internet wifi illimitato, acqua, tassa sui rifiuti, flat bill) ma nel contratto metteremo un tetto massimo (generalmente 200-250€/mese) per evitare sprechi di energia e consumi eccessivi. Con un consumo normale, non avrai costi aggiuntivi.
