Spacious apartment located on the first floor of a building without a lift, equipped with 3 bedrooms and able to accommodate up to 5 guests on 5 different beds. Very bright, it is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of Bologna with the possibility of free parking in the street, city center can be reached in about 15 minutes by car,bus , whose stop is located just 4 minutes away on foot from the flat, or bycicle.

The space, equipped with an equipped kitchen and unlimited wifi, will be equipped with towels and linen.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 300-350€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
