Nice apartment with panoramic terrace that can accommodate up to two guests. Equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with tub and washing machine, air conditioning, unlimited Wifi, it is located in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the center of Bologna and in an area convenient to many universities. The space will be equipped with towels and linen.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.

Administration Fee Box:
The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
