On the 2nd floor attic double bedroom with intimate and pretty furnished terrace. Equipped with lift, unlimited Wifi, air conditioning. Towels and bed linen included.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 250-300€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption.
