The apartment provided a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, big fridge and freezer, washer/drier for clothes, air conditioning, unlimited wifi, bathroom with shower, TV with HDMI cable,ste(hidden)ystem. Towels and linen included.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.
