Cozy apartment between the medieval and the modern, located in a strategic position with respect to the historic center and the attractions of the city. The apartment provided a double sofa bed, a single sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with oven, big fridge and freezer, washer/drier for clothes, air conditioning, unlimited wifi, bathroom with shower, TV with HDMI cable,ste(hidden)ystem. Towels and linen included.

All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges.

Administration Fee Box:
The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
