The contract:
800 euro (900 with 2 people occupancy) includes Internet, building common charges, garbage collection tax + utilities based on consumption
Excluded utilities: water, gas, electricity
Security deposit: 2 months rent (refunded at the end of your stay)

Only EU Erasmus/exchange/PHD students because of bureaucratic reasons.

No parties
No subletting
No residenza

Upon booking confirmation you have to:
1) provide all of your documents for the contract
-copy of EU ID or passport
-Italian tax code - codice fiscale (if you don’t have it, you can provide it within 21 days of signing the contract)
-proof of exchange program/Phd program enrollment
2) sign the contract

The check-in day:
1) pay 2 months of deposit
2) pay the administration fee
3) pay 1st month utilities

If you don't provide the required information within one week of booking, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
