The living area includes a well-equipped kitchenette with induction plates, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a dishwasher. Enjoy meals at the dining table designed for four, and relax on the sofa, which can be converted into a double bed when needed.
The sleeping area features a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, offering access to a private balcony, and a bathroom equipped with a cozy shower. As this apartment is located on the ground floor of a residence building, the laundry room equipped with washing machines and driers is shared and free of charge!

The Residence was established in 2016 and features apartments with high ceilings, some of which are frescoed, and refined contemporary furnishings.
The Residence is strategically located in Bologna: Strada Maggiore is a street full of shops, boutiques, and museums that directly connects to the Two Towers. Just a few steps away are the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, the Music Museum, and the Giorgio Morandi House Museum.

Parking: Located in a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL), the Residence Opera offers limited parking on a reservation basis at an extra cost of €25 per night or €250 per month
Pet fee (no cats): €150 per month
