The apartment will be provided with towels and bed linens for your convenience.

All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption. With normal usage, you won't incur additional costs.
