3. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
4. Rent is paid on bank account in advance till 5th in month.
5. Security deposit is paid back to tenant at the end. When enrolling, the tenant is obliged to inspect the apartment, equipment and all devices - including all electrical and household appliances and air conditioners.
6. The rent price also includes 2 sets of linen and towels per person.
7. There is a place for bicycle but no parking garage.
8. The lessor is not responsible for damage and injuries bacause of improper use of the apartment and equipment by the lessee(s). When there is a problem, he has report immediately about the defects and not try to repair it by himself.
