This 40m2 apartment is located in an exclusive residential neighborhood and has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay.
The day area consists of a bright living room with direct access to the terrace. The kitchen is independent and has all the appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival.
The fully furnished terrace is the perfect place to rest and relax. Here you can enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink with friends during the sunny days of Barcelona.
The night area has a double bedroom and closet. There is also a room equipped as a studio, ideal for studying or working at home.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and wifi.
*The neighborhood:*
The location is perfect, it is an exclusive and very quiet residential area. In the surroundings you can find restaurants and all kinds of services and stores such as pharmacies, supermarkets, hospitals, schools, cinemas, etc.. Also, important educational institutions such as the Barcelona campus of La Salle, or the ESIC business school, among others. All these are very close to the apartment and it is very easy to access on foot.
A 4-minute walk away is the "Muntaner" station, which connects with the city center in a few minutes and with the upper area of the city. In addition, in Via Agusta, there are several bus stops that also connect perfectly with the whole city.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 3 months: 1 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 3 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration Possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of Gas, Water and Electricity are not included in the renting price

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).

Be aware that HousingAnywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging CONTACT DETAILS and offering VIEWINGS is NOT POSSIBLE.

The platform keeps your payment safe until 48 hours after your move-in date. In case the accommodation is not as advertised, you will be entitled to get a refund.
