It is a spacious apartment of 113m2 located in the upper area of Barcelona. and has all the amenities to have the best stay.
The day area has a living room where you can relax and enjoy your favorite programs on the comfortable sofa. From this space you can access the cozy balcony overlooking Carrer de Sant Màrius.
The kitchen is spacious and independent, it is equipped with all the necessary items for cooking, including appliances, kitchenware and utensils. You will also find a dining room.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double and 1 single. All of them have a closet and 2 of them have a desk. However, an additional space equipped with a practical desk is the ideal place to work or study from home. The bedrooms share 2 bathrooms with shower.
The apartment has air conditioning, heating and fiber optic wifi.

The apartment is located in a residential area par excellence in the heart of the Putxet neighborhood, in the district of Sarriá Sant Gervasi. Nearby you will find all kinds of services such as pharmacies, restaurants, schools and hospitals.
In addition, the apartment is located a few steps away from green areas, ideal for outdoor activities, walks or sports.
The nearest station is "El Puxet", a 5-minute walk away.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
